You can create this account on many sites. You will be simulating live trading, with no real money.  You can see how well you do.  This also allows you to trade based on different strategies without having to risk anything.  The simulated website will keep track of all your earnings, profit and losses as if you invested in real money. You can create different portfolio and try different methods here an see which you feel comfortable with.

Paper trading will help you learn basic strategies, you can build your confidence on how trading works, build your style and implement your strategies.  There is also no risk and allows you to practice.  I would recommend you practice for six months on various sites prior to investing real money.
